My works begin with memories, people, places, and objects that carry traces of a life once lived. Through oil on linen, I preserve these fragments and transform them into visual stories.
Rina Vero is my fictional heroine — an artist who might have lived in Florence in the first half of the twentieth century.
She searches for stories hidden inside old objects: a letter, a corset, a book, a forgotten room. Through her, past and imagination become inseparable.
Some paintings belong to her world. Others come directly from my own life.
Together, they form one evolving archive — a collection of stories preserved in paint.
